New Hampshire Secretary of State William M. Gardner stated:
"Mr. Comley, you were standing in my office while Senator Sanders was answering questions from reporters after he filed his declaration of candidacy and paid the filing fee. During some of that time I was standing next to you. Someone representing the Sanders campaign was concerned about your location right near the senator. I asked if you would speak with me when Sanders finished answering the questions. As we left the room there were two police officers waiting to speak with you. I politely said I could handle the situation and we stepped out into the hallway."
This scene in the office of Secretary of State Gardner has prompted me to seek legal council. I need a lawyer with the courage to state up to the a major party candidate and defend my civil liberties.
All inquiries will be seriously considered.
